Expertise / Research Interests:
Plant proteomics, with a particular focus on quantitative analyses. Expertise with 2D PAGE, DIGE, multidimensional liquid chromatography coupled to MS/MS peptide identification (MuDPIT) and iTRAQ peptide tagging (4-plex and 8-plex). Abiotic stress tolerance in cereals, particularly nutrient toxicities and drought stress.
